Back Handsprings &

Round Off Back Handsprings!

  • We will use drills and stations along with qualified spotters to perfect this popular skill.
  • The class will utilize Trampoline, Tumble Track and Rod Floor along with a variety of specialized mats.
  • The class will focus on  cartwheels, round offs, kickovers, standing back handsprings, round off back handsprings, & front handsprings.
  • Students will be divided into groups of approximately 10 tumblers based on their individual ability.

Thursdays at 7:45 - 8:40
