Backhandspring 101

Ages 12 & Up

(this is the same class as Tumble 1 & the 1st half of Tumble 2)

          This is an intense class focusing on

                 LEARNING HOW TO DO

                     Back Handsprings &

               Round Off Back Handsprings!

 

*We will use drills and stations along with qualified spotters to perfect this popular skill.

*The class will utilize Trampoline, Tumble Track and Rod Floor along with a variety of specialized mats.

*The class will focus on  cartwheels, round offs, kickovers, standing back handsprings, round off back handsprings, & front handsprings.

*Students will be divided into groups of approximately 10 tumblers based on their individual ability.

                                 Thursdays

                                 7:45 - 8:40

               New students may start at any time.
