Back Handspring Bootcamp
                     IMPROVE YOUR BACK HANDSPRINGS

 

              

Ages 12 & Up

(this is the same class as Tumble 2)

         

 

*We will use drills and stations along with qualified spotters to perfect this popular skill.

*The class will utilize Trampoline, Tumble Track and Rod Floor along with a variety of specialized mats.

*The class will focus on improving the back handspring, working on round off back handspring & standing back handspring series, and front tumbling.

 

MUST HAVE EITHER A STANDING BACK HANDSPRING OR

A ROUND OFF BACK HANDSPRING WITHOUT A SPOT

TO ENROLL IN THIS CLASS.

 

*Students will be divided into groups of approximately 10 tumblers based on their individual ability.
