The Generation Gymnastics Vision is to realize every child’s potential for knowledge, experience and excellence.
Effective and open communication is essential to our performance. As a service provider in business, our greatest assets are our staff. Our owner and directors will communicate our mission and goals to our team of dedicated employees by living the mission and leading by example. The best way to accomplish this is to have open and honest two-way communication.
We must also know what our customers think and what they intend to receive from us. We will often ask our customers how we are performing and if we are meeting their expectations. Customer feedback will allow us to adjust our operations to better meet their needs.
Programming
Every day, every year someone develops a new approach to delivering sports and athletic programs to children. We will take the best current information along with the experience of our educated staff, to craft programs that will excite and interest our customers and help us to fulfill our mission. We will maintain our cutting edge by pro-actively seeking the best experts and the most effective programs and adapting these innovations to our business model. We will also be an innovative leader in the gymnastic community and be the example that others wish to follow.
Instruction
Our instructors are the heart of our business. We will ask people to join our team on their character, their experience and their skill set. We will hire the character first, and then train the skill. With a vigorous and thorough screening process we will assemble a team of instructors who are committed to our mission. We will support our instructors through continual training in order to provide the highest level of instruction possible. Training will be a way of life rather than the customary one-time rite-of-passage. Finally, instructors will be given the authority they need to accomplish their job; they will be “led” rather than “managed”.
Facility
Our facility represents our mission in creating a state of the art gymnastic oriented environment. The facility will be our largest marketing investment and will be designed to suite the needs of every level of gymnastics. Our reputation will include a commitment to organization and cleanliness. GG will strive to provide a family friendly environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
