Progressive Girls

Our girls progressive program is a fun and exciting program designed for girls first grade and up. The classes will challenge and motivate each gymnast according to their ability level. The progressive program is based upon the level and skill breakdown set by USA Gymnastics, to ensure the proper skill progressions. The girls program utilizes all four Olympic apparatus including: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance beam, and Floor Exercises, as well as Trampoline, Tumble Trak and Pit.

Our gymnasts receive evaluations every other term to track their progress and provide them with positive feedback. They also have the opportunity to participate in the annual VICTORY GAMES- a non competitive "fun meet" and our annual FLIP SIDE CELEBRATION YEAR-END FINALE where they get a chance to show off all they have learned and achieved.

Gymnastics is one of the most rewarding sport to participate in! It involves ongoing learning and personal goal setting.

There are no finish lines in gymnastics instead, gymnastics offers numerous opportunities to continually learn, grow, and just have fun!
